A central part of Karl Junker’s works are the figural and ornamental reliefs and sculptures made from wood.

Some of them are nailed to ceilings and doors of the Junkerhaus as decorative ledges, some are not directly connected to the house. The ledges are either made up of several pieces or carved out in one piece from a log. Floral and abstract ornamental shapes are blended with human figures.
